These terms cover every order with Guts Decor (Meyer, Cairo, Egypt). Please read them before you send a request.

1. Handmade, made to order

Every piece is made by hand after you order, so small differences in wood grain and paint are part of what makes it yours.

Sending the form is a request, not a purchase. Nothing is agreed until I confirm your date and final price by email.
Prices on the site are estimates. The confirmed price is held for 7 days. If the deposit isn't paid within those 7 days, the request expires.
Options depend on stock. I confirm stock when I confirm your date.
There are no hidden fees. Shipping is shown before you send the form, and engraving on levels other than Collector's is priced before you pay anything.

I only accept InstaPay, to the exact name in my confirmation email. I will never ask you to pay a different account. If anyone does, it isn't me.
A 50% deposit starts the work. Your spot is reserved only once I've confirmed the deposit in my InstaPay app.
The rest is due within 7 days of you approving the finished piece. I'll send reminders on day 7 and day 14. If it's still unpaid after 30 days, I may sell the piece and keep the deposit.
Engraving is done last, after the balance is paid.

14 days for custom pieces and 4 days for ready designs, counted from the confirmed deposit.
If I'm going to be late, I'll tell you before the promised date. If I'm more than 7 days late, you can cancel and get your full deposit back.
Shipping is 200 LE to Cairo and Giza, and from 300 LE to other governorates. Big pieces are quoted. You pay shipping.
Please check your address. It can't be changed after shipping. If delivery is refused or the address is wrong, you pay the return and the re-sending.

Character-inspired pieces are my own fan-made work, “inspired by” their series. Names and characters belong to their owners.
One free change means one round of swapping options within the same level. A new design or a level change is paid design time.
Changing your mind after you've approved the design means a paid repaint or redesign.
I may refuse any design or engraving, for example offensive words, other brands' logos, or anything unsafe. Engraving text always appears in the proof for your approval.

You see your finished sword before the rest is due. If anything doesn't match the design you approved, I fix it.
Damaged in shipping? Send me photos or your unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery, counted from the courier's tracking record, and I'll repair or replace it.
Damage from impact or misuse isn't covered. The guarantee covers the original order only, checked by its serial number. I keep your approvals (emails and photos) with your order as the record.

My pieces are wooden decor for adults (18+). They're swing-tested and built to be held and swung, never to strike anything or anyone.

These terms are in English and Arabic. If the two ever differ, the Arabic version applies. They're governed by the laws of Egypt.

الشروط دي على كل طلب مع Guts Decor (ماير، القاهرة، مصر). اقراها من فضلك قبل ما تبعت طلبك.

كل قطعة بتتعمل بإيدي بعد ما تطلب، فالاختلافات البسيطة في عروق الخشب والألوان جزء من اللي بيخليها بتاعتك.

إرسال الفورم هو طلب، مش شرا. مفيش أي اتفاق غير لما أأكدلك الميعاد والسعر النهائي على الإيميل.
الأسعار على الموقع تقريبية. السعر اللي أأكده بيفضل ثابت ٧ أيام، ولو العربون ماتدفعش في الـ ٧ أيام دول، الطلب بيتلغي.
الإضافات حسب المتاح، وبأكدلك المتاح لما أأكد الميعاد.
مفيش رسوم مستخبية. الشحن بيبان قبل ما تبعت الفورم، والحفر في غير مستوى Collector's بأكدلك سعره قبل ما تدفع أي حاجة.

أنا مبقبلش غير InstaPay، على نفس الاسم اللي في إيميل التأكيد بالظبط، وعمري ما هطلب منك تدفع على حساب تاني. لو حد طلب كده، ده مش أنا.
عربون ٥٠٪ بيبدأ الشغل. ومكانك بيتحجز بس بعد ما أأكد العربون في تطبيق الـ InstaPay بتاعي.
الباقي مطلوب خلال ٧ أيام من موافقتك على القطعة خلصانة. هبعتلك تذكير يوم ٧ ويوم ١٤. ولو لسه مادفعتش بعد ٣٠ يوم، من حقي أبيع القطعة والعربون مبيرجعش.
الحفر بيتعمل في الآخر، بعد دفع الباقي.

١٤ يوم للقطع المخصوصة و٤ أيام للتصميمات الجاهزة، من يوم تأكيد العربون.
لو هتأخر، هقولك قبل الميعاد. ولو اتأخرت أكتر من ٧ أيام، تقدر تلغي وتاخد العربون كامل.
الشحن ٢٠٠ جنيه للقاهرة والجيزة، ومن ٣٠٠ جنيه لباقي المحافظات. القطع الكبيرة ليها سعر شحن خاص. والشحن على حسابك.
راجع عنوانك كويس، لأنه مينفعش يتغير بعد الشحن. لو رفضت الاستلام أو العنوان غلط، بتدفع شحن الرجوع وإعادة الإرسال.

القطع المستوحاة من شخصيات هي شغل فان آرت بتاعي، “مستوحى من” السلسلة بتاعتها. الأسماء والشخصيات ملك أصحابها.
تعديل واحد مجاني يعني مرة واحدة تبدّل فيها الاختيارات جوه نفس المستوى. التصميم الجديد أو تغيير المستوى بيتحسب وقت تصميم بفلوس.
لو غيّرت رأيك بعد ما وافقت على التصميم، إعادة الدهان أو التصميم بتبقى بفلوس.
من حقي أرفض أي تصميم أو حفر، زي الكلام المسيء أو لوجوهات براندات تانية أو أي حاجة مش آمنة. ونص الحفر دايمًا بيظهر في البروفة عشان توافق عليه.

هتشوف سيفك خلصان قبل ما تدفع الباقي. لو أي حاجة مش زي التصميم اللي وافقت عليه، هصلّحها.
اتكسر في الشحن؟ ابعتلي صور أو فيديو فتح العلبة خلال ٢٤ ساعة من الاستلام، حسب سجل تتبّع شركة الشحن، وهصلّحه أو أبدّله.
الكسر من الخبط أو سوء الاستخدام مش داخل في الضمان. والضمان على الطلب الأصلي بس، وبيتأكد بالرقم المسلسل. وبحتفظ بموافقاتك (إيميلات وصور) مع طلبك كإثبات.

القطع بتاعتي ديكور خشب للكبار (+١٨). متجرّبة ومعمولة عشان تتمسك وتتلوّح، مش عشان تضرب بيها أي حاجة أو أي حد.

الشروط دي مكتوبة بالإنجليزي والعربي. ولو حصل أي اختلاف بينهم، النسخة العربي هي اللي بتتطبق. وبتخضع لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.
