Refund policy

Every piece is made by hand just for you, so here's exactly when money comes back, with no surprises.

Your deposit

  • Before I start cutting or printing: cancel and I refund your full deposit.
  • Once work has started: the deposit can't be refunded, because the materials and hours are already spent on your piece.
  • If I'm more than 7 days late: you can cancel and get your full deposit back, even if work has started.

When your piece is finished

  • You see photos of your finished sword before you pay the rest.
  • If anything doesn't match the design you approved, I fix it for free. Small touch-ups are free too.
  • After you approve the finished piece there are no refunds. A full repaint or a design change after approval is paid.

Damage in shipping

Send me photos or your unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery (counted from the courier's tracking record) and I'll repair or replace it. Damage from impact or misuse after delivery isn't covered.

Rush orders

If a paid rush order is late, I refund the rush fee.

By InstaPay, back to the account that paid, within 7 days of us agreeing the refund.

كل قطعة بتتعمل بإيدي مخصوص ليك، فدي بالظبط إمتى الفلوس بترجع، من غير مفاجآت.

العربون

  • قبل ما أبدأ القص أو الطباعة: تقدر تلغي وأرجّعلك العربون كامل.
  • بعد ما الشغل يبدأ: العربون مبيرجعش، لأن الخامات والساعات اتصرفت خلاص على قطعتك.
  • لو اتأخرت أكتر من ٧ أيام: تقدر تلغي وتاخد العربون كامل، حتى لو الشغل بدأ.

لما القطعة تخلص

  • هتشوف صور سيفك خلصان قبل ما تدفع الباقي.
  • لو أي حاجة مش زي التصميم اللي وافقت عليه، بصلّحها ببلاش. والتظبيطات الصغيرة كمان ببلاش.
  • بعد ما توافق على القطعة خلصانة، مفيش استرجاع. وإعادة الدهان بالكامل أو تغيير التصميم بعد الموافقة بيبقى بفلوس.

الكسر في الشحن

ابعتلي صور أو فيديو فتح العلبة خلال ٢٤ ساعة من الاستلام (حسب سجل تتبّع شركة الشحن) وهصلّحه أو أبدّله. الكسر من الخبط أو سوء الاستخدام بعد الاستلام مش داخل في الضمان.

الطلبات المستعجلة

لو الطلب المستعجل المدفوع اتأخر، برجّعلك فلوس الاستعجال.

الفلوس بترجع إزاي

بالـ InstaPay، على نفس الحساب اللي دفعت منه، خلال ٧ أيام من ما نتفق على الاسترجاع.
